Shrimp Tips from New Orleans is a 16 page recipe booklet printed by the Government Printing Office for the Department of the Interior, Fish and Wildlife Service in 1956. There are lots of recipes with color illustrations. Shrimp appetizers, soups, salads and main dish meals are all covered in this booklet. The pamphlet is in good condition with one small interior area that has gotten wet and blotted the edge of the pages.
