This set of six vintage Strawberry Shortcake Friends and Babies features the pets of each of the characters. There are two Friends, Orange Blossom with her pet butterfly Marmalade and Angel Cake with her pet skunk Soufflé , and there are 4 babies, Butter Cookie with her teddy bear Jelly Bear, Apple Dumpling riding on her turtle Tea Time, Cherry Cuddler and her pet goose, Gooseberry, and Apricot and her bunny Hopsalot. The figures are made of PVC plastic and still have the wonderful scents that Strawberry Shortcake and her friends are known for. Orange Blossom and Angel Cake stand about 2 inches tall while the babies are smaller at about 1 1/2 inch tall.

The figures are marked with the year of origin impressed somewhere on the figure. Years range from 1981-83.
