This Eastman Kodak lens is a portrait attachment for a Kodak No. 2 Bulls-Eye camera. The Bulls-Eye Camera was the first roll film camera and was introduced in the late 1800's. The camera was manufactured by Eastman Kodak from 1895-1913. This small lens is 1 3/8 inches from rim to rim of the front of the lens. The back where it would attach to the camera is 1 1/16 inch in diameter. The box that it is in says it is for No. 2 Bulls-Eye, etc. suggesting that it would also fit similar cameras of this era.
