This Valentine postcard has none of the usual Valentine decorations. The background is silver and the face of the card is embossed with pansies in cream and a brownish pink. The only hit that this is a valentine is the message on the face "To my Valentine." The card is in good condition.
The back of the card is stamped and postmarked. The postmark is dated Feb 12, 1911 and a stamp is in place.
There is a message that reads: Don't think you and I will get to go skating any ore this winter. Chris
GENEALOGY: The card is addressed to Miss Lora Ellenberger. Forest City Illinois.
