This lovely 1915 Thanksgiving Postcard carries wishes “From My Folks and Me” and features a farmhouse in the top panel and the bottom greeting panel is framed with pumpkins and root vegetables. The top right corner is missing. The lower left corner is printed with 311D.

The card has been postally used. There is a Paris, Mo. November 22, 1915 postmark and the stamp is canceled. There is a lengthy message and an address present.

Dear Cousin,
Have been thinking about you for some time wondering why you never wrote to me. Jake has been sick again this fall but is better. I am not very well haven’t been for some time. We had a light snow last Thursday night but it didn’t last long. Jake is abut half through husking corn. His corn is good. How is Mrs Trainer and Birdie and George, Jr. Is George teaching school this winter & how is Mr. Trainer this winter. Hope he is better Write me soon. Dollie
