This real photo postcard features an image of American Howitzers lined up ready to fire. The bottom of the card is imprinted with the slogan " Liberty Bonds will keep these Howitzers thundering at the Huns." The card is in good postally used condition with sharp corners and no creases or marks. The message on the back of the card mentions the influenza pandemic that held the world hostage in 1918 and did as much or more carnage as the War.
The back of the card is imprinted with Soldier's Mail Free in the space where a stamp would be placed for civilian postage. The card is imprinted with United States Army Post Card. There is a postmark from Rockford, Ill . The bottom left of the card is imprinted with "Bolster the Line with Liberty Bonds."
