This lovely opalescent glass bowl with a ruffled and crimped edge is made in the Blossoms and Palms pattern by Northwood in 1906. This lovely bowl is further decorated with cold painted Goofus treatment on the outer surface of the bowl. The goofus treatment is done in gold and red for a striking effect in contrast to the white opalescent edging. The goofus treatment shows some wear, as is typical of this type of ornamentation. There are no chips or cracks in the bowl. This bowl is 8 3/4 inches in diameter. The bowl carries the N in a Circle Northwood mark on the center of the bowl.
