This shabby chic bone dish is the product of Burford Brothers Pottery Co. of Liverpool Ohio. This pottery company produced china and pottery wares from 1879-1904. The mark on the bottom of this dish was in use from 1890's through 1904. This bone dish has significant crazing over the entire surface, top and bottom. A very fine hairline is present on one edge for about one inch. The design is a transfer pattern of flowers and buds. This is a wonderful old bone dish that would look lovely on your table or as a decoration or pin tray in your home.
