Early American Pattern Glass VaseEarly American Pattern Glass Vase

This tall EAPG vase stands 10 inches tall and is 3 1/2 inches at the opening of the vase. There are vertical panels of hobstars that alternate with vertical strips in a notched pattern. Edwards and Carwile, in Standard Encyclopedia of Pressed Glass, chose to call this pattern Swirl Stem Hobstar. The glass is clear and bright. There are no chips or cracks. This would look lovely with a small bouquet of spring or summer stems.
