Vintage Boy on Tricycle tin and Plastic or Celluloid Japan. There are many versions of this toy - even some contemporary ones made in China - but I believe this to be one of the older ones, perhaps pre-war. Condition is excellent - please refer to the photographs. Length 3 3/4 inches.
