Such an adorable pair and so hard to find! Circa 1920 Hebee and Shebee all jointed composition pair with She wearing original dress and slip. The compo on She has peeling/flaking on arms, legs and molded shoes. Actually, when peeled, the composition is nice underneath. Her torso is excellent, no crazing or paint loss as well as her face, though her left eye has mostly rubbed off. Her original dress has light fading, no stains or holes while the white slip has some gold staining that looks to wash out. Back of her head has a few pin head size dots of paint loss. Hebee is in very nice condition, with exception to 2 lines behind his left arm and a 1/2" crack that is not open on back of his upper right leg. It may be the arms and legs have been repainted and if so was done professionally long ago or else the arms and legs had completely peeled. Head, face and torso have virtually little to no crazing. Pink bows on his shoes may have been replaced. So nice to find as a pair!
