Frank DeLizza and Harold Elster began producing a line of jewelry in the 1960’s. The jewelry was known to have bright, bold colors, beautiful glass or crystal open back sets and sparkly rhinestones. The pieces were made with no marks and only a tag with the Juliana name.

This is a very good vintage condition piece.
