He won’t steer you wrong! This happy longhorn is wide-eyed with no bushy tail. The head is made of carved wood that has been painted red at the nostrils and mouth, gray at the top hair and with big black eyes rimmed with white. The horns are 1/4” thick Lucite. It is likely an Elzac piece made in the 1940s with the original “c” clasp on the back. It measures 4 1/2” horn tip-to-horn tip and is 3 1/2” high. The carving is about 1/2” thick. It is in very good condition with all original paint, carving, and lucite.
