Here are two postcards of cute girls by Katherine Gassaway. Each has an undivided back, is postally unused, and is copyrighted 1906.
The first is of a girl with a green umbrella that has been blown out by the wind; the caption says, "What will Mama say?" It is published by the Rotograph Co., NY. It is signed "Katherine Gassaway" in a square and numbered "FL 137." CONDITION: The corners are rounded and bumped, and the card has several creases. There is writing on the front, but this is usual with undivided back cards.
The second is a Valentine postcard in which a cute girl with a red bowl is slipping her Valentine in the mailbox. The caption reads, "SEND MY LOVE BY MAIL." It is published by National Art Company. CONDITION: The corners and edges have wear including bumps. There are postal marks and some writing.
