Offering an all-original Incised Jumeau marked E7J with her antique costume and matching hat. This early model was only made for one to two years until the pressed bisque was no longer made. She has such a beautiful face, with delicate eyelashes framing her pretty blue eyes, matching stroked eyebrows above, her darling little nose with red nostril marks that end in her defined philtrum, leading to her defined lips, marked by a white line between the top and less defined bottom lip. The blush color is perfect for her. She wears her tiny blue glass earrings and an antique pin. Her original blonde wig has curls that attach to her original pate. Her body is in very nice condition. On her dimpled rear, she marked JUMEAU, Medialle, with four letters I cannot make out, and below that is PARIS. Her body is in excellent condition, even perfect feet, with one thumb having wear at the tip. She wears a Jumeau factory silk dress with a tiny lace collar, a wide pleated bodice with tiny hand-stitching over the entire pleated area, and the skirt of her dress is pleated at the waist where it attaches to the bodice with matching featherstitching at the waist, and the hem of the dress has double featherstitching. This box pleating to garments from Jumeau was quite commonly used in the early years. There is some wear at the top of her dress on one front side, and some wear to the sleeve on the same side. The sleeves end in a double row of lace matching the lace of the collar. She has lovely bottoms trimmed with lace matching the lace of the dress, with another type of ornamental lace that is gathered to hold tiny blue ribbons that tie to her legs, a full slip that closes at the front with ties below the collar, and a beautiful half slip that buttons at the waist. Included with this Jumeau is a cape-style coat with puffy arms made of green wool trimmed in a shade that matches the full silk lining of a green and copper stripe lining material that has a beautiful iridescence to it. The large hat has a beautiful lace-covered brim that matches the crown of the hat's lace and a large matching bow at the back. She has lovely original crochet beige stockings with her correct shoes marked E.J. in an oval with DEPOSE below. Any questions will be answered promptly. Thank you for viewing my items!
