15" JUMEAU body straight wrists MEDAILLE D OR

original JUMEAU body circa 1890 :
this body stands 15" tall (38 cm) and is ideal for a DEPOSE E .. J or a closed mouth TETE JUMEAU. Can be also used for a FG head.
certainly for a size 8 (maybe 9 according to the head).
has been found with the pair of eyes which is for sale in another listing (original pair of JUMEAU eyes paperweight for size 8).
this model is entirely in paper mache with straight wrists and has the blue stamp 'JUMEAU MEDAILLE D OR PARIS'.
diameter for the neck opening horizontally 1 2/3" (4.2 cm) , vertically 1 1/2" (4 cm) .
good condition : original painting and body finish , minor rubs of painting at the fingers , joint of the legs and extremity of one foot. (see pics)
