Late 19th century inlaid mahogany card table by Edwards and Roberts. Fine quality card table made by renowned english makers Edwards and Roberts. Beautiful plum pudding mahogany top inlaid with satinwood, boxwood, ebony and walnut. Back legs swing out to allow the top to fold over to reveal a red playing baize. Single drawer to the front with fiddleback mahogany. Standing on 4 tapering legs with further decoration and stringing. We believe as with most cases for card tables that this table was mostly used as a side table. Slight warp when the table is opened.
