A striking view of a city square by the acclaimed American artist Mary Botto (1913-2002). Botto was known for painting city views across the U.S. and France and for her distinct style where she used a palette knife as a painting tool along with the traditional brush. The resulting piece has texture and dimension, highlighting its bold colors.
The painting is framed in solid red wood with gold guilt and matted in linen. Please note some areas of wear to the matting and the frame.
Frame's depth: 1.5".
