This is an amazing tin three egg poacher. The three egg poacher has 2 handles, 1 smaller and then the larger one. The smaller hand has a spring action that will release the three individual poached egg areas at one time. Each cup has seven holes, which you can see in the picture, that drains the water from the egg when the poacher is lifted out of the water. Using the smaller handle which is spring loaded will then release the eggs. It is by far the most amazing piece I have seen in awhile. The poacher was made by S & Co. of NY and patent on November 3, 1895 on the handle of the poacher. A great addition to collectors of old tin wear.
