Stunning Petite French kitchen scales. They are of the smaller size , and there condition is just lovely , there is a slight bias as the two brass weighing bowls do not weigh the same, this can be offset by adding a small weight to the inside. The marble top is in pristine condition, there are two glass viewing portals , one on the front and the other on the back which would have allowed both the store keeper and the customer to view the weight. Circa. 1910.
They were made in France in the city of Lyon by the Falcot Brothers, this is marked on both brass panels.
