This nice cased satin glass vase has lovely coloration in the glass shading from rose to pink with a cased opaque white interior and enameled hand painted decoration, applied glass handles and a satin finish, c. 1880-1900. The design features white blossoms with applied red glass bead centers and a brown and white bird. Although unmarked as is most glass from this period, we believe this vases to have been made by Stevens & Williams or Thomas Webb & Sons in England in the late 1800's.
Dimensions: 6" high, 5 1/2" in diameter with a top opening of 2 3/8".
Condition: Vase is in very good Estate condition although the applied glass handles have wear to the gilded finish and there are a couple of very tiny nicks on the upper rim which can be seen in our photos. No other noted flaws.
