This listing is for a lovely Steuben Art Glass lamp shade with pulled feather design, Shape #926, c. 1920's. The shade has a gold "Aurene" iridescent interior and cream colored exterior decorated with a green iridescent pulled feather design with a wide gold Aurene border. The outer rim has a wide scalloped edge. Although unmarked, this beautiful shade is illustrated in the line drawings found in the book "The Glass of Frederick Carder" by Paul V. Gardner. This stunning glass was created by Frederick Carder, one of the founders of Steuben Glass in Corning, N.Y. and produced in the early part of the 20th Century.
Dimensions: 5 1/2" high with a top diameter of 5 3/8" and the fitter ring is 2 1/4" in diameter.
Condition: This nice lamp shade is in excellent Estate condition with no noted flaws.
