This listing is for a lovely Art Deco Period travel clock with round Sterling Silver case with enamel decoration, c. early 1900's. The Silver frame is decorated with an engraved aqua guilloche enamel inside border with a dark blue enamel band surrounding the brass bezel. Clock has nice gold colored face and a Swiss 8-day movement. Clock has an easel back for standing and is marked "Metal Dore" with "H" and INCISED "S V" and has unidentified maker's trademark stamp. Silver has unidentified tiny French hallmark stamp on edge of back.
Dimensions: Clock measures 3 7/8" in diameter with the face (including bezel) measures 2 1/2" in diameter. Weighs 6 ounces.
Condition: The clock's case is in excellent Estate condition with no noted flaws. Although the clock does work, it runs slow and probably needs cleaning or minor adjustment. We are selling this lovely item "as found".
