This listing is for a gorgeous 19th Century Meissen hard paste porcelain cream pot with applied delicate hand painted flowers that cover the entire body. Pot has a small lid with rose finial, a small pouting spout and dainty handle. The base is marked with the Meissen blue under glaze crossed swords trademark stamp used from 1850-1924 although this pot dates to the mid-late 19th Century.
Dimensions: 3" high (not including handle), 6" long (including handle) and 4" wide. Weights 6.7 ounces.
Condition: This stunning cream pot is in very good Estate condition. The porcelain body of the pot has no chips or repairs although the applied flowers and foliage do have a few minor chips as expected commensurate with age and normal handling.
