This listing is for a lovely Chinese snuff bottle made of grayish-tan quartz stone with russet striations. The bottle has a nice smooth exterior and is believed to date to the late Qing Dynasty (1694-1911). Bottle has a small, narrow foot ring and a matching stopper. The body is decorated with a raised carved ribbon design that extends across the back and is tied in a bow on the front of the bottle.
Dimensions: 2" high (to top of bottle), 2 1/4" high (to top of stopper) with an overall width of 1 3/8". Weighs 1.7 ounces.
Condition: This nice bottle is in excellent Estate condition with no noted flaws to the bottle or stopper, however, the spoon is missing and there is tape applied to the spoon attachment to hold stopper in bottle.
