This listing is for a lovely solid Sterling Silver sugar shaker, castor or muffineer, c. 1910. The shaker has a bulbous shape with wide lower body, pierced top for dispensing powdered sugar and has a round stepped base. No monograms. The silver is marked with the trademark stamp of the Watson Silver Co. and "Sterling, M 20, 9". Watson silversmiths were in business in Attleboro MA from 1880-1955 when they were absorbed into Wallace.
Dimensions: 7" high with a 2 3/8" diameter base. Weighs 150 grams.
Condition: This nice sugar shaker is in excellent Estate condition with no noted flaws reflecting only minimal signs of normal wear.
