This listing is for an unusual Estate 14 Karat yellow gold lariat style 36" necklace with 14 Karat yellow gold adjustable slide embellished with a sapphire center stone and emeralds, rubies and diamonds in the design. The necklace has a beaded double foxtail style design with trapezoid end caps and measuring 5.5 mm wide. The slide snaps over the necklace with a secure clasp with figure-8 safety catch. Both the necklace and slide have been tested and are guaranteed to be 14 Karat gold. The slide was most likely a conversion from another piece of jewelry such as a fur clip, brooch or earring. The central stone is an oval deep blue prong-set sapphire weighing approximately 1.12 carat. The slide contains 43 single-cut diamonds weighing approximately .30 carat grading Sl-I in clarity and H-J in color. There are 13 step-cut medium slightly bluish-green emeralds in the design weighing approximately 1.00 carat and 5 step-cut medium-dark slightly purplish-red rubies weighing approximately .35 carat.
