This listing is for a nice antique Loetz iridescent Art Glass OIL SPOT miniature vase, c. 1900. The vase has beautiful iridescence in the glass with gold being the predominant color with nice flowing Art Nouveau form with oil spot texture called ASTRAEA or PAPILLON. Loetz was the premier Bohemian Art Glass manufacturer during the Art Nouveau Period from 1890-1920 and was most famous for their iridescent glass vases that rivaled both Steuben and Tiffany.
Dimensions: 1 5/8" high with a top diameter of 7/8" and a maximum width of 1 3/8".
Condition: Vase is in excellent Estate condition with no chips, cracks or repairs reflecting only minimal signs of normal wear.
