This listing is for a lovely early to mid-19th Century Coin Silver soup ladle made by J. E. Wood in New York NY. The handle has a fiddle shape with the bowl having a fluted shell shape. The handle has a fancy engraved 3-letter monogram "H J C". Marked with the J. E. Wood trademark stamp. 

Dimensions: 11" long with the bowl being 3" wide. Weighs 109 grams. 

Condition: This nice ladle is in excellent Estate condition reflecting only minor signs of normal wear commensurate with age. No noted flaws.
