This listing is for a gorgeous example of Loetz Cobalt PAPILLON iridescent Art Glass from the Art Nouveau Period, c. 1890-1900. The bowl has a vivid cobalt iridescent glass body with folded top with silver iridescent "oil spot" texture and polished pontil. Unmarked as is most Loetz glass but guaranteed to be as represented.
Dimensions: 4" high with a top opening of 5 1/4", maximum width of 6 1/4" and base diameter of 3".
Condition: Bowl is in excellent Estate condition with no chips, cracks or other noted flaws reflecting only minimal signs of normal wear.
