This listing is for a lovely Alvin Sterling Silver berry serving spoon in the FLORENTINE pattern issued in 1900. Marked with the Alvin trademark stamp and "Sterling, Patent". No monograms. This lovely pattern is embossed on both the front and back of handle with the design extending down into the bowl of the spoon. The Alvin Mfg. Co. was established in 1886 and was absorbed into Gorham in 1928. Gorham continued to use the Alvin patterns and trademark name until 1970.

Condition: The silver is in very good to excellent Estate condition with no noted flaws reflecting only minor signs of normal wear.
