The buyer pays for shipping, handling and insurance. Shipping is free for orders over $75. Payment terms: Full payment must be made at the time of purchase unless layaway arrangements have been made. We work to find the cheapest solution to get your purchases to you. Items are shipped by US Postal Service First Class Insured. Please allow 6 - 8 weeks for your package to arrive in Europe and up to 12 weeks for Asia, Australia, and New Zealand. Overseas customers are responsible for duties, taxes, and other fees incurred on packages. Madge has no control over the fees assessed by your home country. Also, please be advised that we will NOT falsify customs documents by marking a package as a "gift" on customs forms. Refunds do not include customs or duty fees.
