A rectangular bronze plaque with hole to each corner for attachment; high-relief image of a two-tiered arcade with Mary Theotokos and infant Jesus in the upper register accompanied by worshippers and a nimbate figure with sceptre; below, three facing nimbate figures holding attributes.
