Another grouping of vintage hand towels called "finger-tip" towels back when I was young (the 1950's). This grouping is of good quality cotton with the largest being the white one with the blue pattern clock decoration. It is 27 1/2" long by 17" wide and would have been used in either the bath for company to wipe their hands on or in the kitchen for the same purpose. It does have a couple of rust holes in it and all of them could probably use a good washing as they have been stored in drawers here in Florida for the past 25 years.
The second white one with the hand embroidery is 19" by 12" and is of a nice heavy, almost linen like cotton (I think). It has some of the hand embroidery still unfinished on it as the tracing for the floral pattern is still intact.
While the first two are much earlier, the last one is certainly from the 1960's era. It is a soft plush towel with a simple flower on it and the label is totally washed out. It is the smallest at 17" long with the fringe by 11" wide.
As I have said before i am not an expert on linens so I'm offering them all at a reasonable price for the lot. They are small enough to fit nicely into a flat rate envelope cutting the shipping down to $6.70. Email me any questions you might have.
