We use industry standard testing methods on items including precious metals.

For antique items and antique jewelry you will always be provided with an antiques declaration for export confirming the circa age, materials used in the creation and general information on the item.

All items are shipped within 24 hours of payment being received Mon-Fri and within 48 hours at weekends.

Shipping, Handling, Insurance Policy

All items in our shop (excluding large furniture) are offered to you with FREE Worldwide tracked and fully insured delivery. We use Royal Mail, Parcelforce and DHL for our shipments to you and you can track your package throughout its journey to you. Buyers are responsible for paying any respective customs fees or charges that may arise as a result of purchase. For large items such as furniture we prefer the customer to arrange shipping via their preferred courier service, we can arrange this for you however prices are on a quote by quote basis, please get in touch with us to discuss your requirements prior to purchasing. Your package is always 100% insured so you can rest safely that you are protected when shopping with StolenAttic. We accept returns for any reason, you must notify us within 14 days of receipt of your item to advise us of your wish to return, items must be returned in the original condition and via tracked and insured services, all returns must be received back within 30 days of the customer receiving the item, your statutory rights are not affected by this policy, if you have any questions please contact us.
