A very attractive 19th century, Georgian era, copper haystack measure.
The weld and construction can be seen throughout the piece, the haystack measures were traditionally used for measuring ale and come in various sizes.
This has no marks and would make a lovely decorative piece, it could be used as a nice rustic vase or mantle feature.
In very good antique condition, it has some very small dings and it shows some age but still a beautiful piece and doesn't leak!
Approx 8" high and 8" width from spout to handle.
