An unusual Victorian carved bog oak and lucky deer foot cheroot holder.
The end of the holder is of hoof design, hollowed out so that the cheroot can be inserted.
It is a wide opening better suited to cigars rather than modern cigarettes.
It has a smooth carved mouthpiece with the body being made of the deer ankle.
It is in relatively good condition for the age there is a small nip at the mouthpiece and the tiniest patch of thinning on the hair but nothing that detracts.
A great collectors item.
Approx 4" length and 0.5" width.
