beautiful early Victorian solid oak ink stand, solid oak handle and pen tray with thick cut glass inkwells that have inlaid oak detail to the lids.
They are removable and the ink stand can easily be ported around due to the handle.
The ink tray also features a slim half border of parquetry inlay, very finely detailed, it has very low bun feet also made from oak.
Overall it is in fantastic antique condition with little sign of wear commensurate with its age, it dates from the early Victorian period Circa 1840's.
The inkwells are in a used condition but are still in good condition, they have no cracks or chips and the hinges work well.
5" height (including inkwells)
