This solid sterling silver sardine fork is very decorative, incredible in design and great for collectors.
It has the typical wide pronged fork of a sardine fork yet the top of the fork is styled in a foliate design with intricate and detailed ivy leaves making up the top part entirely.
It has a twist arm all the way up to the decorative finial which is very intricate in design.
It is fully hallmarked to the reverse of the fork for Birmingham, 1914, A.J.Bailey.
A very fine example weighing approx 15.7 grams and measuring approx 5.5" long and 1.5" wide at the widest point.
