On offer is this lovely old rare fob. It's in good condition overall, the silver shines up well still. There are a few ever so slight nibbles to the blue banner enamelling but certainly nothing which is visible on display and all adding to the aged charm and character of the piece.
It's of traditional fob form decorated to the front with an enamelled design for the Birchfield Harriers - the centre showing a leaping deer/ stag and the motto Fleet and Free. The detailing is superb and has certainly added a quality and intriguing look to the item.
The reverse is plain and hallmarked for Birmingham 1922 - makers mark rubbed/ mis-struck.
It measures a charming 32mm in diameter not including the loop and is ready to be collected and enjoyed once again!
