This is a victorian E.V.W. hallmarked copper tea kettle, circa 1850-1900. It is made by Edward Villers Wilkes. There is a hallmark on side of kettle behind spout, and a 5 on the back handle. It has a small dent that can be easily hammered out. It measures from the spout to the handle 9" long with a top hole of 3 1/4" in diameter. The base is 5 3/4" in diameter and it stands with the handle 9 1/4" tall. The handle does not move.
