A rare set of 3 French kitchen tin cans circa late 1800s - early 1900s. They were made by "La Biscuiterie Nantaise" (Cookie manufacture / Bakerie) which started operated in 1896 in Nantes, a city in the North of France These boxes were given as a reward program for clients that were buying the cookies.

These 3 boxes were made to store Rice, Flour and Coffee. Each canister depicts a drawing from the harvest of the ingredient. The flour canister is a bit bent on the top, as seen on picture 3. A really unique set.

Condition: These canisters are in shabby chic condition. That have become a bit yellow with the time and some obvious scratches are present. However, the drawing still shows pretty well and would a unique decor accent for a French country kitchen.
