A really nice French street plate made of porcelain enamel over cast iron from the 1940s. The plate read "Rue du Clocher" which translates to "Bell Tower of Church Tower Street."

This sign has a convex shape unlike the more recent one that are flat. This large sign would look great in a, industrial or in a shabby chic decor.

Condition: This plate is in very good vintage condition with limited enamel chips, mostly on the 4 corners. It has It has 4 holes to hand on the wall. The blue background has whiten a little bit due to element exposure, still the enamel is very bright and the white letters are popping against this blue background.
