A gorgeous sauce boat with a pink transfer ware made by the French company "Faience de Gien" in the late 1800s. It has a stamp on its feet with the name of the maker as well as the name of the pattern: Bouquet de Roses" which translates to "Roses bouquet". That pattern has received a first prize during a national competition.
A beautiful addition to a shabby chic or country kitchen. I also have the cake stand from the same collection as seen on picture 4, available my Ruby Lane boutique.
Condition: This sauce boat is in good vintage condition with no chips or cracks. It has a few fleabites and discoloration around the top rim, ams some glaze crackling can be seen inside the bowl and plate (Picture 3).
