A very old ironstone cake stand made in France by the French maker Sarreguemines in the late 1800s (1875 - 1900). It is the stamp of the maker which includes Terre de Fer, a commercial label for Ironstone, as well as the model name: Wallace. Terre de Fer products started appearing on the market in the 1770 and had its golden age in 1900s.

Condition: This cake stand is in good vintage condition with no chips or cracks. It has very limited markings inside the plate. Click on ZOOM for larger pictures.
