A country style set of 2 French cafe au lait bowls. One was made in the 1940s by Sarreguemines (the stamp in the back was used from 1920a to 1950s) and the other one by a Gien manufacturer in the 1980s. The Gien is a porcelain bowl while the Sarreguemine is semi porcelain. Although different in pattern, they have a matching design with representation of traditional Britany people, as well as golden accent and similar shape. A unique duo for your country chic kitchen!
Condition: These 2 bowls are in good vintage condition The Gien one looks like new with no markings The sarreguemines one has some light markings inside the bowl, some flea bites around the top rim and a chip on its feet.
