7 inch silver plated ice tea spoon with the iconic Norfolk & Western inscription.
On the back is Pat. Applied For and Reed & Barton, which was the commonest maker of railroad flatware.
This pattern is called LaSalle pattern #79, dates to 1920s, and is shown in the "Silver At Your Service" by Dominy and Morgenfruh (page 83).
As for the condition it does show some wear but is basically very good. It needs cleaning which I did not do.
