1980's powder blue and white faux wrap dress. Bodice is a wrap style, collarless with long cuffed full sleeves. Waist is elastic with a great unattached belt, solid halfway with sash ends, narrow skirt.
Pattern is a blue background with what appears to be white feathers with black tips. Fabric is a high quality polyester blend.
Label is Adolf Schuman for Lilli Ann, Made in the U.S.A. This information is provided courtesy of the Vintage Fashion Guild. Lilli Ann was started in San Francisco in 1933 by Adolph Schuman, naming his company for his wife, Lillian. The company became known for their beautiful, elaborately designed suits and coats. Adolph Schuman died in 1985, but the company continued under the direction of his heirs. The company was sold in the 1990s, and was closed by 2000.

Tagged a size 10 but please check the measurements carefully.
Bust is variable from 34 to 44 inches, elastic waist runs 24 - 30, hips 42, bodice length is 16, skirt length is 30 1/2, shoulders are 15 1/2, sleeve length is 24 1/2, and hem circumference is 44 inches. My model measures B34 W25 1/2 H37 and you can see how it fits her without adjustment.
