Scarab sit on a cartouche with hieroglyphic symbols inside and out on the reverse. Extremely beautiful artisan craftsmanship shown.

Condition: Excellent vintage. Signs of time patina on the silver are visible, but you only need to polish it and it will sparkle again, becoming a stunning conversation piece.
