Traditional, ancient copper Egyptian Fagioli cooking pot. This rare item is hand fabricated from two (2) heavy gauged hammered and heat welded sheets of copper. Its unique design is ancient, efficient, and still used in the modern era. This is heavy and well built. Provenance: Karnak temple in Luxor. The bronze handles are also hand crafted. They accent its superb and beautiful construction. Rugged yet aesthetically pleasing to the eye.
This traditional copper Egyptian Fagioli cooking pot is clearly well cared for and shows signs of traditional usage. The pot displays some minor dents from obvious use, as shown in the photos. But, it is still very solid, functional, and a real conversation piece.
